Rachael Beuchler

Rachael Beuchler joined RETA in November 2024, serving as Finance Director. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Old Dominion University.

Beuchler has had the honor of working in finance and accounting for several organizations and in a range of industries, including government contracting, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. She has a passion for renewable energy and lived off grid relying on solar and wind power for 10 years in Vermont.

Beuchler loves to hike, snowshoe and paddle board in the beautiful wilds of New Mexico and Colorado. Her two dogs are her constant adventure buddies.
