Lynn E. Mostoller

On July 1, 2024, Lynn Mostoller assumed the role as Executive Director of the New Mexico Renewable Energy Transmission Authority (RETA). She served as RETA’s general counsel from 2016 to 2024 and was previously a shareholder with the Albuquerque law firm, Sutin, Thayer & Browne. In addition to her work with RETA, she practiced primarily in the areas of regulatory and administrative law, renewable energy development, commercial litigation and appeals.

Mostoller graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2004, summa cum laude. She holds a Master of Music degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Music degree from Eastman School of Music. She is the second trombonist of the Santa Fe Symphony.
