Laurel Pierce

Laurel Pierce joined the New Mexico Renewable Energy Transmission Authority (RETA) in 2024 and serves as Project Coordinator. She has worked in the private, government and nonprofit sectors in various capacities, including office management, operations management, training and oversight for educational institutions and grant writing.

Pierce attended Northern Arizona University majoring in theater arts. She enjoys playing piano and writing books for her grandchild.
